I'm a South African skeptic who has been listening to the SGU since 2007. I'm a graduate mathematician who works in the financial services industry building statistical credit risk models. My sketpical interests include exposing medical quackery, improving critical thinking in decisions that I make, improving science education (including writing up science trivia), exposing cultural specific quackery (I've lived in the UK, South Africa, Equador and China - and have enjoyed looking into pseudosciences specific to each culture).
