This template allows for transcribers to attach a hovering note to some text, such as a name dear to the Rogues, as with the name {{tooltip|Julia|Steve's daughter}}.
not sure what the deal is with the ifeq switches between "yesno-no" and "yesno-yes" in the markup... hopefully I can figure this out later and pare down the unnecessary code for this useful tooltip template

This template allows for transcribers to attach a hovering note to some text, such as a name dear to the Rogues, as with the name Julia.
