When you see the 'Transcription in progress' icon 
in the episode list, it means that someone is working on this episode, and has reserved it. This helps avoid duplication.
If you'd like to transcribe another episode or segment, there are 566 episodes that need work. For more information, see Help:How to Contribute#Transcription for more information.
