Hi Graeme, welcome to the team! You're absolutely right, transcribing is long, hard work. So thanks for helping us out, we really appreciate it. Personally, I found things got a lot quicker once I started using ExpressScribe and assigned hot-keys so that I could control the audio whilst in my text editor. If you've got any questions/suggestions, just let us know.
